• Request – a transportation or moving job posted on the website.

• Transaction – an agreement between a user and a service provider to carry out a request.

2.2 Website Access

We aim to keep the website available 24/7, but we are not responsible if the website is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

2.3 Content

Content is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Users must not post illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.

• • Users and providers must not share personal contact details in the chat before the user accepts a quote.
• • Once a quote is accepted, contact details become visible to both parties for coordination.

3.3 Quotes, Transactions, Payments, and Deposit

• • Providers submit quotes based on request details.
• • A transaction is confirmed when the user and provider agree and confirm the terms.
• • Fees and commission: Users who post requests and accept a quote must pay a 5% commission on the accepted quote. The minimum charge is £5, regardless of the quote value.
• • Payments: The service provider (driver, transporter, or company) must collect the agreed amount from the user after service completion. Providers must ensure the user's information is accurate and, if needed, provide a contract, consignment note, or other relevant documents.
• • Payment responsibility: BEE24 Ltd is not responsible for payments between the user and provider.
• • Deposit refunds: Users may request a refund of the deposit only if the provider did not show up or complete the service. Users must contact us within 24 hours after the scheduled service. We will investigate and, if the claim is valid, refund the deposit.

3.4 User Responsibilities

• • Users must not post illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
• • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

3.5 Privacy and Personal Data
